Melissa Milne
Psychologist
I’m a neuroaffirming psychologist passionate about helping individuals discover what a fulfilling life looks like—on their own terms. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, including those who identify as neurodivergent, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly seen and heard.
My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-led. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
Alongside my clinical training, I bring experience as a neuroaffirming behaviour support practitioner and I understand the power of genuine connection in supporting meaningful change. As a neurodivergent person and a parent to a neurodivergent child, I offer both professional and lived insight into the challenges and strengths of neurodivergence.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, identity, or life transitions, I’ll work with you to find strategies that are supportive, practical, and aligned with your values.
