Leanne Winter is the owner and director of Mullum Road Clinic, where her genuine passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals shines through every aspect of her work. As a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, Leanne brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her practice as someone who identifies as AuDHD.

What sets Leanne apart is her down-to-earth approach and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of neurodiversity-affirming care, always seeking new ways to better support her clients and community. Her dedication extends beyond formal qualifications—she actively engages with the latest research in neurodiversity and animal-assisted therapy, ensuring her practice evolves with emerging understanding. 

Working on her therapy farm surrounded by horses, donkeys, alpacas, goats, chickens, and countless other animal companions, Leanne deeply believes in moving beyond traditional talk therapy, offering experiential approaches emphasising hands-on, action-oriented activities. 

Leanne's journey of life-long learning, from teaching deaf students to supporting neurodivergent adults reflects her core belief: that everyone deserves to be truly understood and supported. Leanne has built Mullum Road Clinics around the transformative power of animal-assisted therapies, creating spaces where neurodivergent individuals feel comfortable and safe to experience therapy that prioritises their strengths whilst supporting their difficulties.
